Dear Lucy,
It's been a while, but you still look great. I think that you are a baby cult leader now, with all these nine people following you and whatnot.
Anyway, Uncle D is in Chapel Hill meeting with people about his poor little albatross. (That's what I call my dissertation.) The food here is pretty good, but there are a lot of smelly people and weirdos. I wish that I was in Oxford with you and your mom and dad. I hate all this grown up stuff.
