Here I am with Daddy enjoying a fork-full of butter, which seemed like the right thing to do after digesting two loaves of french bread. I also sampled some of Daddy's crabmeat maison and grilled pompano. I washed it all down with a Shirley Temple and a hump of vanilla ice cream. All in all, a perfect meal -- and a perfect weekend with Paps and Mammy -- in my first visit to the Crescent City.

Better Late Than Never

Hey dedicated readers! Lucy here. I know it's been a while. I have a good excuse though. We took all these adorable St Patty's Day pictures but we never posted them because we ALL had the terrible stomach bug. For a whole week! It was gross. Anyway, I wish you all the luck of the Irish and I hope you ate your fill of corned beef and cabbage. We didn't get a chance. But we did drink some green Gatorade! Cheers!

Spring Has Sprung!

The long cold winter is finally over (we hope) and I am glad to be able to break out my warm-weather duds. Lately Daddy and Mama and Scout and I have been playing in the backyard a lot, swinging, mowing the grass, and even kicking a soccer ball around (Gotta get in shape! Soccer starts in two years!). My hair sure is looking red, don't y'all think?
